Project Description
Using a variety of preparative and analytic procedures, isolate and characterize novel lipoprotein particles and lipoprotein-associated proteins in human plasma that are associated with risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and inflammatory disorders.
Qualifications
At least introductory biochemistry and molecular biology, with previous experience in a research laboratory.
Expected time commitment
At least 30 hours/wk
